My therapist is wonderful; no complaints about her. The linen however is very old and had holes, the foot pillow seemed deteriorated and the quality of the massage oil is not the same as when I started; it smells like cooking oil and has damaged a few of my garments which I now use when I go get a massage. Not sure if I want to continue with my membership and I have been going there for a while, Definitely the oil is different.

The representatives that work in the customer service area/front desk are always incredibly pleasant and willing to assist in anyway they can. The facility is always clean and the massage therapists are good at what they do.
