Hand and Stone

Bonnie was PHENOMENAL. I was there for relaxation and accomplished just that. I don’t live in the area so can’t visit regularly but would absolutely visit again when I’m in town.

The service is great the only problem is that it is never 60 minutes. I always arrive on time but I am called into a room minutes after and then the service end 10 minutes before 60 minutes. So I go in 10 minutes after, I am given 5 minutes to change and massage ends 10 minutes before. So it is never 60 minutes. I have timed this time after time.

Reception area and personnel very nice and knowledgeable. Therapist was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with his expertise. He worked on all the areas that needed worked.

Reason for not suggesting this location is that family and friends live elswhere. I am very happy with Olga and Adam

Appointment was on time. Esthetician was friendly and knowledgeable. I have sometimes had trouble with availability but not this time.

The staff is always very pleasant and highly accommodating. I also like Olga for my facials and Olivia for my massages. They both fit me very well.

Monica was the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She was kind, caring and made me feel relaxed and at ease before the massage even started. I booked my next appt with her right after my session!

As soon as I entered this location, the receptionist greeted me and checked me in. I was then almost immediately called into the massage room by Olivia and she remembered how I like my massage and even personal details from before her maternity leave. The massage session and scalp massage was amazing and I never regret booking at this location.
