Very professional, clean and accomodating. The whole experience was very relaxing and as good as if I were on vacation at a high priced resort.

The people that work in hewlett are extremely nice and welcoming. They always ask if they can get you water or anything else. Debbie, the woman who did my facial, explain to me what type of facial I had booked and what the Led light facials are. She was very professional. By the end of the hour my skin felt refreshed and I felt relaxed

Janine, the massage therapist is wonderful at her job in addition to being friendly and accommodating. I recommend her and hand and stone all the time.

When I entered the room for my massage, Tony asked if there was anything in particular bothering me. I explained to him how I have had a knot in the lower left side of my back for the longest time and that it had traveled to the middle of my back recently. Tony worked on the spots that needed work as well as several other trigger points I didn't know were bothersome. Tony's professionalism and knowledge of massage is outstanding.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because the pressure used by my masseuse was very good. She was very attentive in my shoulder area where I'm having pain due to a bone spur. She also was able to rub my temples because I had a slight headache. In addition, the waiting area was very inviting. The staff at the front desk were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the candles that were on display.
