Hand and Stone

I love getting back to having facials ... and Hand & Stone is a calming, wonderful place to be. The facilities are clean and quiet and my two facials have been a wonderful experience. My skin looks 100% better then it did 2 months ago. Way to go Hand & Stone in Hewlett!

I wasn't rushed at the end. My skin looked great. The place was very quiet The music was excellent. The esthetician was very knowledgable about my skin type.

My massage by Mike was great. He worked on all the right places and I left feeling relaxed. The music in the room kept going in and out like a speaker was broken. Someone else had the same experience in another room at the same time. I wish there were packages available with less frequency than monthly. For example, buy 3 in advance at $59 rate or something.

I felt better

This was my 2nd hand and stone experience but a different location. I feel like they are always trying to make me spend more money on top of what I’ve already spent and that is disappointing. Haven’t experienced it at other spas.

It is nearly impossible to get an appt at a reasonable time with the esthetician I want unless I book it one month in advance in person. Missing an appointment, (cancelling in advance) leaves you with no options to reschedule

The products being used comes across cheap and greasy. When you visit other spas the rooms have a nice aroma and the products used are more upscale
