Because you advertise promotions that have expired (but the signs are still up). The price list does not reflect the current prices. This is disappointing and not really honest

Wonderful

I purchased an add on scalp massage and was not aware that it would cut into the time of my 50 minute massage. So instead of getting a full 50 minute massage and then say a 10 minute scalp massage afterwards, I lost part of the end of what should have still been the regular massage time. I don’t feel like purchasing an add on such as the scalp massage should cut into the time of the original massage. That was very disappointing.

I think the facials are expensive I think we should be able to get free samples and extras to try during the visit I would like more times outside the box Like 7am or 9pm for the working person

The only problem I've been having is that another member came out of nowhere and took my usual time slot for every week of every month. I feel that shouldn't be allowed to take every single one. Luckily my massage therapist is willing to work around it because she is amazing. If it wasn't for her I would've cancelled my membership.

the massage I had was very good and I would definitely go back, but i have had massages that were better. I like when the therapist gives a more customized massage based on what areas I need work on

My facial started 10 mins late but ended on time, meaning it was only 40 mins.

The esthetician was very good. However as soon as I walked in I felt rushed. I waited in the room for 5 minutes before the esthetician came back to begin the facial. It began at 4:08 and ended at 4:48. I thought it should have been a 50 minute facial. I thought Esti did a good job. But wasn't wowed by the facility.

I had a great experience. I think some of the aromatherapy products could vary
