I was very happy with the massage I received for my birthday treat. The rating would have been higher if the ambience was better . The room as a plain room with dim lighting and soft music .

No comment at present.

i just think it could have been better. my therapist was very nice but i was cold in the massage room and the waiting room had dead leaves all over the floor

The points and rewards program is a bit confusing. It is not always clear when you are paying that the appropriate discounts have been applied. Upgrades and rewards are very infrequent for regular members.

Esthetician was skilled, knowledgeable and friendly but receptionists were talking/complaining loudly while I waited. They were more attentive when I was leaving

I would have liked more time, my appointment was 3:00 and he ended at 3:54. I thought it was an hour massage. Also, thought the legs and feet did not get enough time and the ending seemed rushed. But the pressure was good and he helped my neck area.

The staff is hit or miss. Some are friendly, some are not. I don't like that I have no way of viewing my account so there is a bit of a trust factor.

The massage therapist was not gentle in handling herself and the room. She opened and closed cabinets loudly, seemed to be muttering to herself under her breathe, and burped a few times throughout the hour. It was not a comfortable experience in terms of a relaxing environment, solely due to the therapist not trying to maintain the relaxing spa ambiance

The price has gone up significantly twice since I’ve been a member. The cancellation policy for membership is too complicated. The point system does not seem useful. I only have interest in facials once a month. No interest in massages because the personnel changes too frequently to be assured of good quality
