I enjoyed the service overall, the price was a bit expensive but it was worth it regarding the quality of the massage. I will be retuning as well as recommending this spot to others.

Ambiance can be more spa.like. during service maybe more massage. More aromas, like diffuser

The massage wasn’t the best, the end was not offered water and masseuse wasn’t to friendly. The receptionist wasn’t very professional

Asked for work to be done on a specific area. She didn't really focus on it, even thought I ask for it every time. She's otherwise very good, that's why I go back to her.

My esthetician was amazing. Once in the room I felt like I was in a spa. The front staff was unprofessional by talking loud on the phone, watching videos with volume up and inappropriate language, ordering food, not professionally dressed by wearing biker shorts and what appeared to be slippers. I stayed because I had already paid. If I hadn’t, that impression would have made me leave.

I’ve been to this franchise many times and am usually very satisfied. However I was very shocked with the cleanliness of the room, the floors were dirty, it was dusty, the music was too loud. The massage therapist had her phone on and I could hear when she got messages. The bathroom smelt horrible and there was no toilet paper. The quality of the Hewlett franchise has clearly gone done and it CLEARLY shows in more ways than one.

Did not receive a call back to resolve my gift card issue- I had to waste my spa time to discuss it in person. Wasted my time in the massage room.

I enjoy the massage with mike and the facial with letty . I would recommend them to anyone
