As my massage therapist was finishing my service the person who works at the front desk knocked on the door to tell the therapist to rush so that tje front desk person could leave to go to his other job. I found it very unprofessional on the part of the person at the front desk.

The front desk could be a bit nicer. They were just on their phones and not even making eye contact when talking

I feel that the message should be a full 60 Minutes. The actual hands on time is approx 40 minutes which is upsetting.

Although the massage was very good, the therapist didn’t stop talking and making conversation, and I did not want to be rude to say anything. The receptionist was not friendly at all

My only complaint would be appointments availability. I had to choose a time and date that place a strain on my schedule. Nevertheless my time was pleasing and well spent. The massage was awesome. Thank you

Reception staff was not expecting me, was not aware of my appointment and was rude and dismissive when I first walked in. Ultimately, they realized I did have an appointment at the scheduled time and I had my massage, just started a few minutes late. But it was an unpleasant start to the appointment.

Facial was terrific but I should have booked the exfoliate one

I felt this massage therapist was not smooth. Kind of just wanted to get the job done. She did the job but I did not fell like she was taking her time. I can't really explain it. Satisfied but not highly.
