Hand and Stone

I booked an hour massage and it lasted only 45 minutes. They said the hour included time to get undresssed and dressed again but that doesn't take 15 minutes. That was a bit misleading

I usually use Audrey. She had to cancel. I could not get another female therapist.

I was satisfied with everything, I just didn't feel like it was "above and beyond " other facials I have had elsewhere.

I feel like my massage was a little rushed toward the end. Other than that I had a great experience and even booked an appointment for a facial next visit!

I did a last minute i specified the pain and had and the pressure. I felt like the massage was just so much lotion and moving hands back and forth vs an actual massage. First time disappointed here

My massage therapist was great, she really listened to my problem areas and worked on that. However, the massage felt rushed and the room was very brightly lit. I also felt greasy at the end and did not receive a towel or anything to try to remove the oil.

Called multiple times to confirm some details about the appt. Phone would get picked up. Someone breathing on other end but not talking. Got a call back later saying “i see you called”. Between the phone call, entry and exit not a great experience with the front desk person.

I think I wanted more pressure on some parts of my body but I didn't express that to the massage therapist but would do so in the future

I wish the staff was a bit more friendly . Front desk girl appeared unhappy. Wish she was a bit more knowledgeable when it came to packages

My masseuse was late and they were very nice and offered me a free upgrade. I upgraded to the hot stones but didn’t feel like it enhanced the massage but ended up taking time away from actual massaging. The masseuse didn’t even get to my chest/shoulders and didn’t really massage my arms. Overall I thought the masseuse did a great job just wished I would have skipped the hot stones and actually had more time getting massaged
