The sheets were such poor quality. Every time the therapist touched the sheet, it made so much noise and was not soft on my skin

The receptionist was courteous and accommodating. The massage therapist did an excellent job on the areas that needed attention and was attentive to my input.

The therapist did not seem confident in her hand motions. The cost was high for a therapist that was not super skilled.

The measures for highly satisfied were not met . I also train customer service so my expectations are different than majority of customers . Also would like to be able to see my points activity which no one could help me see personally

I had initially booked a mini decompression massage to accompany my Swedish massage, but wasn't made aware the location I went to didn't do decompression and there weren't many alternatives to choose from.

Heated bed suggestion . Especial since no blankets are not used

There was a customer in the waiting area,not wearing his mask on his face and he was, taking heavy breaths, while exercising his leg, in the waiting area. I was uncomfortable.

I feel the the treatment was very basic and nothing outstanding that it made a drastic change in my skin. It felt like very minimal was done to my skin that came out looking the same.

I was happy with my therapist and the receptionist who answered the phone.
