Hand and Stone

I was not informed on the website that I would be required to wear a mask. I was only asked if I would like the therapist to wear one. The massage started a few minutes after the appointment time and the room was slightly brighter than I prefer during the 1st half of the massage. However, overall it was a good experience.

The massage table wasn’t warmed like I have experienced at other hand and stones.

When booking the appointment I was told my facial (part of Himalayan salt facial/message) had free upgrade. I inquired with esthetician and she had no clue what my package included. She told me she would honor it. After facial was done, I asked why she did not do any upgrade treatments and she responded that she didn’t feel it was necessary. I am terribly disappointed. This was a birthday treat from my husband.

Can't really say - Therapist was professional, I guess we just didn't completely click. She did work on the areas that needed work, and I felt much better when I left.

I bought a guest with me who I gave a gift certificate for them to use on their own. Upon arrival my massage therapist quickly took me in and did not allow me to make sure my guest was comfortable or had any questions. I did not appreciate having my individual massage inn a couples massage room.

Need more appointment times. I like my massages in the dark as light bothers me. My massage therapist this time was great with lowering lights previously before other massage therapist told me no. Staff should be all on same level of customer request especially going there to relax

Massage therapist could have been warmer and more welcoming, i.e., she didn't smile. She also didn't ask about pressure or comment on how she was doing.

I was satisfied

the masseuse that I prefer was not available so I had my massage with a masseuse that is not as skilled.

I was able to book a last minute appt at $54.95..was told price going up… no way to get that price even if I was coming every week. With lower incomes since COVID, not the time to raise prices.
