Occasionally, not this particular time, I found service ended 5 min too early

The massage therapist was very verbal at the beginning of the massage and was asking me a lot of personal questions.

The product used is simply cold. If there is a warm towel that can cover the area that has been completed with the cold products then perhaps it would be more bearable. Or the products can be placed in a warmer. Just a suggestion. Thank you for asking.

As I hit a little traffic and it took some time finding a spot in the parking lot I was four minutes late. I feel the receptionist was completely rude to me advising me how late I was (again only four minutes). I was completely embarrassed, especially in front of my daughter (who was early for her appointment). Maybe I should advised her that using her cellphone and dressing very sloppy and that way she spoke to me was poor customer service

I’ve been to this location a handful of times. Reception welcoming is always interesting, a different process, stressful, no one knows what they are doing and how to look up information, every single person in front greets differently. Facial was just okay, didn’t feel the add on made much of a difference on my skin, I’m not even sure it was performed. I felt cheated of my facial time because I had to run back home for my giftcard even though it was added in the system when it was purchased.

I was a few minutes late to my appointment but called to let them know. I still had to wait a few minutes when I arrived.

Very difficult to get appt with a specific esthetician. Always when I call up; booked, booked, booked. I have to squeeze in any sliver of time open in her schedule

My therapist was just awesome. I left feeling so relaxed

The service itself, not the performance, was just okay. Meaning that the facial did not include much of a massage which I think is key go a great facial

I did not have my usual masseuse. I think the massage oils could be better quality and add some aromatherapy to the room
