The oil used was cold.

It was ok, it was an average massage. The check in process is a bit lengthy, too many questions are asked. The room was too hot and the lighting was very bright for a massage service.

Having had many spa appointments over the yeats, find I like to have the same aesthetician. I decided after a year of not having a facial to book an appointment with who was available at the time I had available.

I was not highly satisfied because I explained to the therapist that I would prefer if she would apply more pressure because her application was not strong enough for me. Also, she did not massage my fingers or toes.

While the therapist was good, she was a bit out of the box for me. Some of her techniques were not "relaxing".

Its a difference experience than going to a full service spa that offers a relaxation lounge after treatments.

I wanted the room more darker low intimate kind of setting so I can relax and close my eyes. I wanted my upper back/shoulders to be more focused on vs like my legs for example. I have a lot of shoulder pain on right side. But therapist was nice. Not sure if this was considered deep tissue however

I was satisfied. I don’t have anything to compare the experience of that particular facial

My facial was amazing with Danitza. The massage was ok with Susan.

I was pleased with my massage, but I was visiting a relative and decided to get a massage, I will not be in the area within the next 90 days. I plan to get my next massage at the Hand & Stone near my home. When any location is asking for a confirmation of an appointment, one request is sufficient, I received 4 confirmation request for this appointment, that’s excessive.
