I think it would be beneficial if it’s also asked how we like the ambiance in the room (lighting, music, etc). I wish it was a bit darker in my room.

For weeks I have been trying to book on line for last minute deal. Problem is a) does not indicate name of therapist, 2) cannot get my password reset or to work. MONTHS!!! Leslie Rosen - phone 917-213-6529

My massage therapist needed to lower the table to best suit her height — no issue with that. However, my hands were draped on the floor as a result. That’s not very sanitary. In the future, a clean towel should be placed in the area(s) where my hands might fall to the ground. Otherwise, the massage was very relaxing.

There weren’t enough spaces for all 4 of my friends to book and with tip it was kind of expensive about $200 for to entry massages.

The esthetician did a nice job but did not ask me at all about my skin concerns. Just said "you should do microdermabrasion." I had tried booking my appointment on line -used the contact form on the website to ask for help because I was booking two services one after the other. I'm still waiting for a response to that. So I called and booked.

Did not follow my comments from check in regarding the area I wanted to focus on. Instead it ended up being the area that was touched the least
