The therapist had no symmetrical organization to the massage. Many areas of the back were not thoroughly focused. Spent slot of time walking to get the hot stones thus using up my time without me getting treatment. Overall disorganized.

I filled out the form and specified areas that were ticklish and I didn't want massaged and I guess she didn't read the forms in advance but once I mentioned it it was fine. A couple of the techniques felt a little strange but really over all was a good experience

When I spoke with Angela on the phone to make my appointment, I had to constantly repeat or correct her with my answers to her questions. As I mentioned to her, I should not get aggravated trying to make an appointment to relax. I was very pleased with the receptionist on the day of my massage.

Receptionist didn’t seem too knowledgeable and had attitude. Also I didn’t know my monthly massage cannot be deep tissue. Overall it just feels like members don’t get good treatment.

I was satisfied with my experience. I do wish the massage therapist told me about the heated bed in the beginning so that I could ask her to make it warmer, instead of her leaving it on low and assuming I did not want it higher.

I don’t want to get anyone in trouble. One of the therapists I have seen in the past was not wearing a mask during the season. At first I thought maybe she took it off for a second but the next time I saw her- she also did not wear a mask

When we called to see if there were openings for us to book we asked if there were any specials and the representative told us that yes it would be $10 off the day we came in so $59.95 each as opposed to $69.95. When we were checking out after the massages, they told us the price was $69.95 and that they didn't know about any specials. We were disappointed but otherwise satisfied with everything so we paid and left without dwelling on it. The receptionist called us about 10 minutes after we left to tell us she spoke to the manager who we must've been the one to tell us about the special when we booked over the phone. They ended up crediting both our cards $10 and offered to discount our services the next time we came in to make up for the mix up. So thoughtful of the staff to go out of their way to follow up like that we really appreciated it and will definitely be back!

I would prefer the rooms to have a more spa like ambiance than a sterile dentist office
