Hand and Stone

I was satisfied with everything. The therapist was very good and friendly but the massage pressure was a bit uncomfortable for me. Too strong. But she was very good and worked hard.

I’m so upset the massage person I used hasn’t returned yet :( I totally understand why, but I miss her :(

Therapist’s technique is best described as vigorous and thorough and did not contribute to a truly relaxing experience.

Nothing is ever perfect. I really enjoyed my massage and felt safe. I just missed having the heated table but wasn’t sure if that was happening at the moment so I didn’t ask.

My only issue was you all not having the electronic soap dispenser in the restroom.

I was satisfied. The massage could’ve been better.

I had to wait for my appointment. I do appreciate that they gave it to me on the house. I would try it again another time.

Everything about the location, reception staff, ambiance was great. The massage therapist, Robert, was not great. When asked for reason for coming, I specifically said that it's neck/shoulder pain and my feet. He did ok with my neck until the last few minutes when he created added pain and tension in my neck. He didn't massage my feet at all!!! When I thought he was going to work on my feet, he informed me that my time was up. I left feeling very dissatisfied and in pain.
