1. There are never available times. You need to book weeks in advance 2. I made an appointment online and received a call the next day to tell me that the website was wrong

I felt very relaxed after my treatment. The skin felt good and the atmosphere was nice.

Just having to wait for 7 minutes until receptionist even noticed- after I told her- that my appointment was late due to massuese not coming out in time and the fact receptionist was busy with other customers made me uneasy because I had to get to work. In the masseuses defense she did give me the full 50 minutes even after starting 10 minutes late.

Overall experience was Satisfied. The technician was good and friendly; however I don't see much difference in my facial appearances. In fact, I received no complements today.

Hard to get appt at desired time Doesn’t go thru easily on line booking; have to give 3 different day choices-not everyone has that ability to give 3 choices

Masseus did not ask if there were any zones that needed attention. He did not massage head and/or neck and shoulders.
