I felt the massage was cursory with no feedback requested, and no effort made to address problem areas. The receptionist said that the masseuse was “awesome” but I disagree.

The massage wasn’t effective in my opinion. None of my knots were worked on, the massage just felt like indistinct rubbing around my body with no actual purpose or pinpoint on muscles and pressure points. I left sore and not at all relieved. Two of the three massages I ever received here were mediocre at best. I expected a massage therapist to know how to target certain areas of the body and really work on the body through massage. This massage was just a lot of rubbing around, aimless touching, and no real action or focus. Very disappointed unfortunately.

one on the front desk receptionist looked a mess. her hair was all over the place and in her face. her facial make up was running. she looked hung over and when she got up her shoes were off. she was sitting on her phone when i walked in and had to say hellooo for her to pay attention

The representative who booked our appointments was very attentive and cheerful. The representative at the desk who checked us in was rather indifferent... almost dismissive. Robert gave me a really good massage… His nails were a tiny bit too long which was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was great!

The lady giving me my facial stopped for probably around 5 to 10 minutes and did absolutely nothing. And I didn’t feel as though she helped me with what I asked for my pimples

It was uncomfortable to listen on in while the receptionist was rude to the therapist. And also slightly rude to the other receptionist as she volunteered to check me in. And the massage I received was just okay.

It seems you never have enough therapists on duty and everything is always booked. It can be good and bad.

The massage was less than 60 minutes, I waited until he waiting room a few minutes and the massage wa over before the hour was up. Also the masseuse did one move that was painful and I didn’t like it.

My experience was okay. Everyone was very kind and nice. The place itself was very nice as well. However, I was hoping for a relaxing facial, but it was more painful than it was relaxing. Not the esthetician’s fault, but maybe I am just not cut out for facials.
