I was early but my appointment started 10-12 minutes late but ended 2 minutes before the hour.

The receptionist was very friendly and the waiting area was neat. However, Carmen my masseuse was incredible and very knowledgable. I will be going back to her for sure

Esthetician arrived in the facility at the exact time of appt; took me in about 6 minutes late; then ended about 8 minutes early so as to set up for the next client. Massage that followed the facial appt, however, was very timely

THE TYPE OF MASSAGE WAS NOT TO MY LIKING IT WAS VERY POKEY AND i FELT TOO AGGRESSIVE FOR A FIRST TIME

Please provide existing members with an online portal/profile where we can easily view our membership information AND easily book our own appointments without having to contact the location or at the next appt.

Would have liked to have seen the chart with pricing of additional upgrades.

I know the message is not a full 50 minutes which it should be. I enjoy my massage therapist and the massage I receive from her. I just think that for the price you should have better quality products and atmosphere. At other spas they give clients water with fresh fruit in it to give it a refreshing flavor and or tea and have a area where you can sit and relax after a massage.

Hope this is done anonymously .. one receptionist was constantly laughing on phone and on computer. Was hard to get her attention for a question. Only happened one time .. Not the usual ..

I would really like to be able to fully book online rather than make a request and wait for a call back
