I needed a littke more pressure in my massage. I would like if I book a normal massage or an eighty min Massage I get the full amount of time I am alotted for. If they are running late with someone else,then,they should go the over time with me.

I always have a problem booking appointments - little availability. Finally get an appointment and it was tentatively cancelled due to the the technician being unable to make it in - causing aggravation and being told there are only 2 technicians - of which the later was called and able to make it to complete my services after I expressed frustration

Sometimes you don’t get the exact fit with a therapist. Some I really like others are just so so. We all have different expectations.

The facial I had end up irritating my skin after I left

I do not think the question “did you leave a tip?” was asked in appropriate manner. Also, when I walk in the receptionist continued talking to the coworker.

I spent too much $ on massages there that were not good until I finally found a therapist I love, she though does not work often and since she is so great, is harder to secure.

The manager and my Massage Therapist are wonderful. The front desk staff are not professional, they do not dress appropriately, they are on their phones, one was even watching TV on the computer. They talk about personal things while clients are in the waiting room. I have also seen them eat their lunch at the front desk? Don't they have a break room for that?

Water is always tepid and yucki. You should provide bottled water

Had to wait 30 mins so I was late for my next appt

The session excluded head-feet-torso massage; learned that different therapists have various approaches.
