My therapist did not touch my hands or my feet at all, and did not massage but rather rubbed. Didn’t do what you would expect for an $80 massage.

I was satisfied with everything but not over the top satisfied. Would like a bit more ambience in the room. I’ve been to other places where tea and spa water is served. An inner spa room offering this would be nice for those who wish to relax before and after a service

Initially I received a call from the spa that I had a few unused treatments that I acquired through my membership. The receptionist was very polite and scheduled my appointment over the phone, however when I arrived on the day and time for the appointment I’d saved in my personal calendar, they did not have a record of it at the reception desk. This was a bit frustrating, but the receptionist on duty immediately handled the issue by booking me with a therapist that was available when I arrived and I was given a complimentary enhancement.

I was highly satisfied with Danitza, my aesthetician. I did have a facial with another aesthetician and felt like I got nothing out of it. I paid extra for add-ons to the facial and I don’t think the technique used was proper. It really wasn’t worth it. Furthermore, I have had mixed experiences with the staff at the front desk. Generally they have been good, however I did have a bad experience with one of the staff members in the past - she was very condescending, rude and not at all accommodating. I was overcharged for something and when I asked about it she got loud and kept repeating the same thing without looking into the matter. I cut my losses and couldn’t be bothered to argue with her. That being said, I’ve never had any issues with the rest of the staff. Most of the staff are very courteous.

Did not feel like the facial had enough to it. Maybe a mask could have been added... I did like the facial massage in the beginning though. Very enjoyable.

I was taken in my room by facialist 5 minutes late and she finished the appointment 5 minutes early- therefore facial only lasted 40 minutes instead of the 50 minutes I was suppose to get

My Therapist Robert is wonderful. The manager Sarah is wonderful. But your front desk who is the first point of contact are not good. They are on their cell phones, eating at the front desk, they always look sloppy. Other H&S locations I have visited, they wear Hand and Stone branded t-shirts or all black. They dress more appropriately. Other front desk persons stand up when you enter the spa to properly greet you. Your receptionists cannot be bothered to extend a nice greeting.
