Very satisfied with facial. Massage was satisfying but fell short of expectations. My first massage with a different massage specialist felt much more in depth than this past one. I specifically mentioned my problem areas prior to the massage and i feel that those areas weren’t given any extra time or attention during massage which was very disappointing.

The massage was supposed to be 50 min long but I only received 40. Also, I bought a GC for my sister and the same thing happened to her. In addition, my mom who is a member told. E this has been happening to her lately as well.

I was surprised that she didn’t notice my varicose veins and I had to tell her to be gentle in that area.

The staff is always helpful when I have my appointments. My esthecian Is always attentive & explains what I’m looking to achieve & what we can do on my visit. I truly enjoy my visits.

i wasn't dissatisfied. it was fine. nothing great but fine. i was very please with a therapist i had once before but have never been able to get her again

It was my first time and I didn't really know what to expect. I wasn't given a lot of information nor was anything explained about the massage. The therapist did not really ask me , how I was feeling or if the pressure was okay. The experience was good which is why I will try it again.

Tough to get an appointment for 2 services back to back. App availability does not match that of the location upon calling them

I thought the massage was an hour - - instead it is 50 minutes and it was actually only 45 on my watch.... also, I was never told to use the back entrance - I parked in front it was raining and it was a long walk in. Then on the way out I asked if I could use the front entrance since it was near my car and they said no I needed to walk around the block again.

Everything was satisfactory! All areas of the spa parlor was impeccable. My therapist could tell my areas of need without being told.

Massage was refreshing, but I still have my aches and maybe a little more now in other places
