Hand and Stone

Good job by all! It seems the receptionist never can find your name on the computer. They call my office on a Saturday and leave a message for Sunday. I would never get the message...I’m not at work.

When I booked the appt I was told that if I book with Aidan I will get a free upgrade to either a stone or Himalayan massage since he was new. I agreed and when asked which one I wanted I said the Himalayan. Aidan did a great job and at one point I almost Asked him to stop using the rocks. I never got a rock massage before and although it was nice I prefer the regular massage. When leaving I was charged $30 for the Himalayan “upgrade” but I never asked for the upgrade I was offered it. They then said they would charge me 20 instead of 30 which I paid but I felt like I was falsely informed of the offer.

She spent a lot of time doing extractions which were very painful and she made it seem like I had a very low pain tolerance. While the extractions are necessary, I think she spent too much time on them and I still have marks on my face.

D was amazing My wife Marla booked us a couple massage and one of the therapists was not on time. Manager offered 1 free massage for our troubles

Wrong service for appointments given. I ended up taking massage instead of facial.

I was highly satisfied with my last visit at Hand and Stone. The receptionists were friendly and my esthetician was great! I had a very different experience during the visit before that however. One of the receptionists was very rude and condescending. She wasn’t helpful at all. And although my esthetician was very nice during that visit, I could tell she wasn’t as experienced. Overall though I have had pleasant experiences at Hand and Stone and I’m glad that I gave it another chance :)

My massage wasn't what i was used to. I feel sore after the massage and kind of wish I actually didn't have it done and stuck with just a facial.
