Well I called because I wanted a 80 minute massage it wasn't available I realize that it's shot notice but I was still disappointed that it wasn't available and I had to settle for a fifty minute massage- sometimes it's impossible to schedule ahead of I call st 10 am I believe that in 4 hrs something should be available.

My regular therapist was not there so I was unable to get a deep tissue massage. However, I was happy with the therapist that was available- Dee.

I think Elements Spa maybe better as far as therapist. No cushion was made available for my knees and it caused some back pain.

It's not really a matter of being highly satisfied, I would need another visit at another time to see if there would be any difference. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I would come back in the future.

1. I was called just a few hours before my scheduled appointment to push it back an hour. I accommodated but felt it was unprofessional. 2. Enormous pressure to purchase items afterwards. The receptionist even went as far to point out that I shouldn't have a problem paying since the session was gifted to me (which it was not, and certainly none of her business) 3. Your waiting area (at least at that time) was directly in the sun - pretty uncomfortable

Had a requested therapist and was not accommodated or advised of a change. Did not follow guidelines of requested questionnaire filled out

Therapist was extremely professional accommodating and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to others, and think he would be great for my husband. He has very strong hands. But unfortunately I loved a previous therapist who left who had a different technique, which totally made me relax. So in comparison, the rating is less. But Rob was still great and for someone else I am sure he would one in first place. But as I said,after experiencing Dave, who left, I can only give him a 9/10 instead of a 10+/10.
