Very nice massage therapist. Receptionist very warm, and friendly. Spa like experience. Need an escape.

Ive had facials in other facilities and found a more luxurious experience for almost the same price.

There are no incentives...at least I haven't received any! Though you leave a tip...it seems that's a priority to the receptionist! It's a nice gesture, but I'd prefer to get my own water or have it bottled!

Again, the staff are very friendly. However, the reception area is not very relaxing. If there were a quiet area to sit in between the reception area and the massage room then sure, no problem. No one wants a stuffy hoity- toitey place. Neither do I. I appreciate the friendliness and the fact the staff remembers your name, but the internal joking is loud and not very professional. Moreover, the sterile look of the facility could be overcome by what every other spa and facility deem normal: warm massage oil. It's an absolute bummer to have to pay $10.00 for some kind of aromatherapy oil. I have never had to pay for scented massage oil before. Even more so is that I have never had the oil be cold. It's not pleasant at first. Not relaxing at all. The oil should be warmed. My therapists warms up the table for me. She is great and knows exactly what I like. She is the best therapist of all I have tried here. The rest were mediocre and one kept mumbling about which muscles she was working on (like I care, I want to relax and sleep!). This therapist is wonderful but the oil should be warm!

I was very confused as to why if I signed up for the membership ten days ago that I had to pay for my service today. It wasn't explained well but I figured it out.

I thought that the appointment was for one hour. It started a few minutes late and when I looked at the clock at the end it was 5:50. So I started at 5:05. To me, I expect the treatment to be one hour, not 45 minutes.

I would like if body scrubs and wraps were offered along with body massages.

I like the setting, my masseuse was highly professional, overall I am very satisfied with the service.

I was not looking for product, I just needed my skin cleaned. I have gotten facials at bliss and it just seemed like a step below.
