Hand and Stone

This was my second visit at the spa. Overall it was fine. The rooms could use a bit more decor. A mirror would be nice to have in the room before you exit. Checking out could have been a little quicker.

I'm not satisfied with the massages. Ive had a couple of massages by different masseuses and they were very mediocre — nothing to rave about. This is disappointing because it is the main reason i became a member and pay $50/ month for. Everything else (facials and eyebrows) were great!

As a member there should be more options as there was in the beginning for choices of massages or facials...now everything is an up charge... It's a bit silly and does not satisfy the need to the customers and what they originally thought was included

It was pretty good but there were no robes so I had to get back dressed after my massage and then get undressed again for the facial. Every spa I have gone to has robes..
