Hand and Stone

I had an issue on 4/5 and a survey was never sent to me. Something happened with my facial appointment and no one told me that she was either running late or hand and stone overbooked her. I waited over 30 minutes for the women. I had to leave because I had to get my school from school. Hand and Stone should never make a customer wait for than 15 minutes without communicating with the client about what is happening. I am a loyal costumer and that shouldn’t happen.

This was the best facial I have ever had anywhere. My ethnitian took her time, made sure that it was calming and relaxing. She explained everything that she was doing and made suggestions that made the experience even nicer!

Susan is an excellent massage therapist. I always leave Hand and Stone feeling better. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming.

I had a really great prenatal massage. It was very relaxing and the ambiance was comforting. However, I don't think it should cost 15 dollars more than a regular massage. It only uses an additional pillow and scentless oil. I felt discriminated for being pregnant because of the extra cost.

My experience at Hand & Stone is always wonderful. My skin was glowing after and the esthetician really takes good care of me and my daughter. My daughter's skin is often congested with blackheads and she really cleans her up well.

Carmen is THE masseuse. She makes you feel welcome by engaging in small talk when greeting you and once you’re on the table, silence. At that point, nothing but hands….Boneless, that’s me after Carmen’s hands. Nothing to do but go home and relax. The best ever!!!

The knowledge of my esthetically regarding my skin and the products I should use. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff is outstanding.

The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. My aesthetician was very professional, knowledgeable and provided a very relaxing experience while making my skin look amazing.
