To my surprise, the massage therapist took time to read the notes in my file before the appointment to understand my problem areas, to concentrate on those areas, and to try and relieve my pain. Generally, the 1st time I meet with a therapist, I have to give them my complete history of physical concerns and/or they want to give advice on life choices, which uses up about 10-minutes of time that can be used giving me a massage.

The service was very relaxing and efficient. My skin looked healthy and moisturized after. The products were excellent for my skin type.

I enjoyed the massage immensely. It was an amazing feeling that my body got untangled and started to relax. I would recommend it to all my friends because this is true self care!
