I have had a previous massage with Sheri before. She took the time to draw out what I really was looking for even when I wasn't sure what would be the best for me. She used appropriate pressure to alleviate sore points and stretched me in areas that needed it which I felt started to improve my flexibility. We spoke during and afterwards about possible ways to improve my well being with other resources. I will be booking another appointment with her again sooner rather than later. I was very happy with both experiences I have had with her.
