My visit was what expected. The therapist did an excellent job, and I felt comfortable. I totally enjoyed the experience.

Therapist Nicki was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable for all my issues. Massage was perfect. She worked on all areas involved. I have made a follow up appointment For next week!!!

I had back aches for several week and I told the therapist which area to concentrate more which she did and after my massage I fell so light n energetic I give hand and spa 5 star rate

Ease of booking online, friendly staff therapist was very good!

My masseuse was excellent. However, the bathrooms are disgusting. The toilets are dirty and the bathrooms need to be cleaned frequently due to COVID. There are no amenities at this spa at all, not even water. Due to COVID the clients should be offered the nip sized water to take with them. However, the spa prices were increased. I’ve been to different spas where they offer water, fruit, cheeses and crackers, mints (etc). I only come here because of my masseuse because the ambiance and amenities suck.

The receptionist was very nice. She gave me the first time customer discount without me even knowing because I booked online and it didn’t work for me! My massage therapist was also very nice

Receptionist was very friendly and accommodating when I called to make several appointments. As the person who previously did my facial was not available, she recommended another person, Vanessa, and I was not disappointed. I left feeling satisfied.

I absolutely love my therapist Liana. She totally understands what my issues are and goes above and beyond to fix and alleviate it. She’s the reason I go!
