Liliana, the message therapy, is my of the best I have ever experienced. She is very astute to areas on the body that’s in need of messaging and need to be loosened. My only complaint is that she’s so good that you have to wait to get on her calendar.

Appointment booking over the phone was quick and easy. Mike is the absolute best massage therapist and works magic. He's why I keep returning. The pre-screening forms did not work on a mobile device. There were issues with completing it on a computer too. It required me to fill out oncology and pregnancy forms even though those are not applicable to me. I recommend user experience testing and instructional design consultation for the pre-screening forms across devices. Overall, I love H&S and always tell everyone about how amazing they are!

The place has very nice appearance and friendly staff. I came in in pain and the masseuse really helped it. I will soon be back. Very pleasant and relaxing experience
