Staff at the front desk is always helpful. The shop is always clean and comfortable. I have been using this same therapist (Susan ) for quite some time. Over the past two plus years that I have been using the services at the Hewlett facility, I have developed a good relationship with the therapist and staff. Susan, has always had a great ability to listen to my needs for the appointment and for that, I feel that I am almost walking on air after the session!!!
