Very friendly staff, good products

The staff is super friendly, the facility is clean and it's not too difficult to get an appointment. I used a therapist I don't usually use and she was pretty good - I like that the therapists are always responsive to requests/feedback. I also appreciate not feeling like I'm being pressured to purchasing a service for an up charge

They are always very professional from the phone, to check in to the actual service. I ended up upgraded to a collagen facial after being advised of the different types of facials. I loved it so much I will do these along with my massages monthly or bi monthly.
