Consistency and professionalism— I feel like a member when I come in and when I leave. Even if I’ve never met the receptionist or massage therapist— I feel welcomed and like I belong. I have always been able to schedule my appointment in person or on the phone( the website has not been successful for me and I end up calling)

My therapist was friendly, engaged in small talk and recognized when I was relaxing and kept quiet. She does an out of this world hip massage that helps with tight muscles in my lower back. I will continue to book appointments with her.
