Natalie is simply the best. She is professional, friendly and genuinely cares about providing the best experience. I was lucky to randomly select her for my first facial a year ago and I was so impressed and I keep coming back to her! She gives the best advice on how to take care of the skin, recommends products and never offers what you don’t need. I am very satisfied with how my skin has improved since I have started seeing Natalie - I trust her advice and will continue seeing her!

Consistent good service. The old receptionists are very friendly & professional. The new girl is not friendly at all. Sometimes a little brash with here responses. Was not thorough/patient with a change that the spa (not me) needed to make at the last minute.

I always feel more relaxed when I am leaving, than I am when I go in. The therapist knows my problem areas and is very effective in helping to relieve the problem.
