I was able to easily book my desired appointment online. After that, I received my confirmation email and text, as well as a reminder email and text before my appointment. After checking in for my appointment, my aesthetician asked me about my current regimen as well as my concerns so my treatment could be tailored to my needs. She explained each step and allowed me to ask about several products. After my treatment, she helped me select a product that I didn't have in my routine, and I received a discount per my membership. I will definitely schedule again for another treatment soon!

I thourpughly enjoy my relaxation time each month. While I wish I could afford more, unfortunately that’s not possible. I highly recommend Zack at the Waterstone Loveland Ohio location for deep tissue massages, as I suffer from fibromyalgia and some unknown autoimmune conditions that cause me to be in extreme pain most days.
