Loved the massage therapist she was amazing and focused 100% on my issues but we did start quite late. I did not get in my room until 11:09 and I was a little early and in the lobby and checked in by 10:54. Not sure if the delay was from reception or if therapist was overbooked? She did a great job but would have appreciated it starting on time.

Emma was wonderful for my facial as usual! She is always helpful in recommending products for my dry skin

Diamond is excellent at what she does. She addresses my specific needs and always does just a little more than I ask.

Diamond is very knowledgeable about how to do a massage and made me feel very comfortable by using hot towels at the beginning due to pain that I was having in my back.

My massage therapist is great. He listens to what I want. He seems very knowledgeable about the job. I recommend David anytime.
