Friendly staff, always clean facilities. Therapist are always friendly as well. Asking questions about what I wanted. I always tell friends about Hand and Stone. The only problem I had this time, was time spent with the therapist. My appointment was 2:15. Didn’t go back to the room till about 2:25. Therapists entered the room around 2:30, and ended at 3:09.. when paying for 1 hour massage and it ends being less is disappointing.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The experience was enjoyable .

Diamond is the best therapist. She does just as I ask. I feel so much better after I see her.
