Everyone at Hand and Stone is very friendly. They help me find the services that help me feel better and suit my personal needs. They also help me without being pushy or salesy.

My therapist, Kaylia, is excellent at what she does and caters to my needs.

We really enjoyed our first ever couples massage! My husband had never experienced a full body massage before and the ladies who did our massage made him feel very at ease and comfortable. Kayla and Svetlana were wonderful. We definitely will be coming back!

My skin felt amazing after the facial, extremely soft. Sheila addressed my concerns and made suggestions. Trinity is the person I scheduled the appointment with, she was great, explained the benefits of membership, etc. I purchased the membership when I came in, I told them that Trinity had talked to me about the program. Unfortunately, this was disregarded, and pretty sure Trinity didn't get any credit. I believe it was Taylor who helped us check out, she was nice, but talked over us, was very pushy in trying to sell us on the program.

Both the esthetician and massage therapist were very knowledgeable about their services. Services were on time and ambiance was fit for a spa. Prices are good.

Everyone is always super friendly and they know my name!!! Natalie has helped me improve my skin so much since I’ve started seeing her. She is extremely knowledgeable and honest. I love Jordan and company at the front desk. Always smiling and always happy to see me!
