I have been with Sommer for a while.. She knows my needs and is always very responsive to changes that need to be made. Plus she instructs me on the importance of certain things. She is very effective at what she does.

My therapist knows my history and remembers what I need. Everyone is friendly. Therapist seems to care about my comfort.

First impression is everything. I was greeted with a friendly smiling staffer. My therapist asked where she should focus then she went to work performing nothing short of a miracle on this sore body. A very enjoyable experience all around.

Hand and Stone had the spa feel I was looking for and the receptionists were very helpful! Alexis did a great job with my massage. I struggle with tension headaches and she listened to my needs and took care of exactly what was asked. She inquired several times about the pressure which I appreciated. I lost my former massage therapist due to having a baby and I have finally found my replacement!

My massage therapist is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain how the pressure she is applying will help to relieve my issues. She also has given me pointers on some techniques I may use at home between massages.

When I called the person who answered was very friendly and efficient. I did have trouble with the online forms and went in several days before my appointment to complete them. The people at the receptionist desk were very helpful and it was taken care of. The day of the appointment all went very well from checking in to the facial by Emma and then checking out.

It is comfortable and clean. Natalie very helpful with my skin . Her suggestion has helped my skin feel better within 2 days with my own stuff and she didn't pressure me to buy anything. I like what the membership plan offers.

Front office staff was kind and friendly upon arrival. Everything was clean and I felt completely safe. David did an excellent job with my massage. Asked questions, checked to ensure pressure was good, etc. David is one of the best!
