Natalie is the best. She is so friendly and she does an outstanding job!

I called in the day of the appointment to reschedule the appointment por another day because I have a school concert of my little daughter that I was not aware the same day ant the same time and the receptionist ask me to pay the haft of the price of the facial because that is the company rule. I was obligate to go and I missed my daughter concert because I need to have that fácil and peel. I told her that I will never go back to this place.

I saw Natalie at the Mason, Ohio location. She was the best! Classy and very knowledgeable! She also put me to sleep, one of the best I ever had! I even signed up for a membership package, which is not something I normally do! Natalie is that good!

Therapist was very good and thorough on what was ailing me. It was difficult finding a time that was available for me. I had to call several times. It was my first time coming after a year and I felt comfortable. Was disappointed when I called to ask if people have had the Covid shot . I was told that they couldn’t tell me. I waited another three weeks to call again.

Maya is amaxing. I love my skin after going to her. She always has great suggestions for the new product and presidgers

Was very satisfied with the customer service, cleanliness and knowledge of Jenny. Jenny was wonderful I enjoyed the Himalayan salt massage it was very relaxing.

First time there and was a Mother’s Day gift. Therapist Jenny was incredible! Felt the oil used could’ve been a warmer temp but the room was very comfortable and hot towels relaxing. .

I am so happy you all started to take everyone temperature and ask them to wash there hands. That made me feel better and start to get my massage again. I did not go for one year because of the Covid-19. Now I am trying to get back to normal activities that I use to do. I missed my massage. I felt so much better after my massage.

The massage was fantastic- Victoria (I think) I had great pressure and helped relieve tension in the areas I asked her to focus on. The esthetician was very knowledge and made great suggestions for my face. I will definitely be back for the lifting treatment. I wish had a place to go yesterday after the facial... my skin looked the best it ever has!
