Always satisfied. Love Minnie. Cost is an issue for me. Used to have membership but became too costly to maintain. I’m sure it’s comparable to others spas in the area but just too pricey for me. Otherwise it’s always been an awesome experience.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. When I checked out, they talked to me about the membership program without making it feel like I was being pressured. They helped assure me that it was the best option and how flexible it was. My only "complaint" was the falling water noise in the lobby, haha, but everything was lovely.

I really like my therapist. She is kind, skillful in her trade, and always open to suggestions regarding pressure. I think she works hard to please her clients, which is why she is often booked well in advance, but I get it. The ambiance is nice, relaxing and clean. Am very comfortable there and hope this therapist does not leave as she is the fourth person I had to transition to because my prior three therapists resigned.

Zach took the time to ask about why I was there. He focused on my concerns and listened to what I said. He was very professional and I have another appointment with him.
