I always feel better after a visit. I like the people at the Piscataway location. I always feel like the services are good value.

Second time at the Piscataway location and it was easier to book an appointment at a time I wanted in comparison to Clark. The salon was cleaner and reception was much friendlier than the Clark location. Also noticed they had much stricter Covid protocol which was nice. This location may become my new main.

I absolutely love Lorna she takes such good care of me when I am there ! The 90 mins I spend there is one of the best things I do for myself !

The staff are always pleasant and willing to assist me. I am very pleased with the improvement of my skin. I find myself feeling calm and relaxed during my visits

There has been much turnover at the Hand and Stone I frequent. This has not always been positive. This most recent visit was a very positive one. The reception person was very friendly and accommodating. Even with all the change I continue to come for one reason, Aaron. He is extremely conscientious and listens to my needs intently. I leave, after one of his facials, feeling rejuvenated and at peace. Not sure I would have stayed this long had it not been for him and Elaina before him.

The massage therapist was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Aaron was great ! Will be booking again !

This Piscataway facility need to improved in their cleans of towels. I smell rusty smell on towel during whole having facial and also bad smell from robe that I was wearing . It’s weird smell. Definitely not fresh towel smell. They need to improve on this . Other then that my facial was 💯 Satisfaction.

Crystal was great. She talked me through everything she was doing. She also made sure I was comfortable and the products were OK on my skin. I love her personality she was overall knowledgeable, patient and understanding.

The receptionist was friendly and professional. The massage therapist, Lorna W, is great. The facility is clean and inviting.
