The new online booking system is highly i convenient. I don’t understand why every time you book an appointment you have to provide a credit card. Especially, when I am a member. It doesn’t make sense to me. I don’t always carry my credit with me so it’s just inconvenient so I have to call now every time to book an appointment. The massage therapist, Lorna, is the absolute best! I’ve been a member for over a year and I get a massage every month regularly. I always get different therapists because I haven’t found a good fit. Lorna and Yuvenia are amazing!
