The receptionist was very friendly and the place was very clean. The woman who gave me facial was very nice and she was very knowledgeable. My facial was a wonderful experience. Especially now during Covid they had good restrictions in place and the woman who gave me facial had a large screen mask and constantly washed her hands so I felt comfortable. I am going back for a massage tomorrow.

The check-in process was easy, and my massage therapist explained all of the cleanliness steps in detail. It was highly relaxing, and I knew Hand and Stone was doing their best to keep everyone healthy, especially their employees.

Dawn is a great masseuse. She is friendly and cares about safety and cleanliness.

I like Nadia. She is very knowledgeable about skin and knows what to do to address problem areas.

am excited to see you guys are back and the place was so clean ready to services me had a great session love everything about it so i will be back in 3 weeks felt very safe to be here .

While I enjoyed my facial I'm finding increasingly difficult to justify spending this money on a monthly basis. Moreover after most treatments there's an up sale encouraging me to buy an over priced item.

Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally, in regards to cleanliness and upholding state regulations to address COVID-19, I felt that this location did a great job.

Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. I thought the precautions taken to keep everything safe and clean were perfect. James is always a pleasure to work with and does a great job!

Scheduling was easy and painless. Although I could not book the same therapist from my previous visit, this one is just as good. She paid close attention to my need and very on-point to the pressure applied.
