Hand and Stone

Milla is always so attentive to my needs and is always friendly and pleasant. Melissa is a joy, I am always happy to see her her I come for my services. She is not one of those managers who stays tucked away in her office. She shows appreciation for her clients. She is always pleasant and friendly and makes me feel welcome.

I have been going to the Piscataway Hand and Stone for several years. I ALWAYS book with Tina, she is the best. I just found out she gave her 2 weeks notice. I am so disappointed. I may switch to another location or cancel. This location needs to do everything they can to keep her. She is always in high demand and you book a month in advance for her. I believe this location is losing a lot of their staff due to rates and the general manager or whoever is above the everyday manager there.

I have developed a great rapport with Tina. She knows my problem areas and addresses them well, remembering from one massage to the next if there has been progress in my chronic muscle tension. In my opinion, she is the “face” of Hand and Stone and is the reason why I schedule my appointments religiously.

Tina is an amazing massage therapist. I will continue seeing her as long as she is there! Michelle at front desk is also very sweet and helpful!

My massage therapist Frankie is passionate about what he does. He takes the time to listen to concerns. He always hits all of the right areas without having to say a word to him every time.

I've been coming to Hand and Stone for years but have only just gotten a membership. I know the receptionists and many of the therapists by name and they always greet me warmly when I arrive. They have helped me so much with my neck and back pain and have improved my quality of life. I trust them so completely that when they recommend a product or service to me I am always very likely to do it.

The manager Melissa is very welcoming, professional and caring. I was Very impressed of her ability to make me happy and comfortable during my time there. The spa treatments were very relaxing and great results and instructions afterwards.

My esthetician’s is wonderful. She always make my skin look amazing and brand new. She helps me feel beautiful.
