The therapist was very knowledgeable and informative. He was very gentle in sensitive areas and used firmer techniques in areas that needed it. He did his best at making me feel comfortable as a new client.

My massause called me Michael instead of Michele. But she was great after that. Then when I go for facial, Christine (receptionist) told Helen (Esthetician) to relay to me that they made a mistake with my gift cards and there would be additional charges. I was released from my massages and now found myself agravated at the unprofessionalism in his that was handled. I asked Christine to come in to explain and said her manager told her to tell Helen to tell me. Really?? When I asked Christian if anyone bothered to look at my account she said no she thought this was just a gift card visit. When she finally looked and realized I had eleven (11) yes eleven packages, she apologized for the inconvenience. This is not the first time the front desk messes up the holistic experience. My esthetician and massause were excellent but the tub at the front desk once again makes me want to reconsider if I want to return to the Piscataway location. Get it together or you will lose lots of memberships for hiring folks that truly do not understand how be professional. Apologizing at the end for their mistake, still didn't make me want to return to use my remaining packages at that location.

My masseuse earl was absolutely wonderful. He asked me if there was any areas he needed to work on and focused on them throughout the massage. Will definitely book with him again!
