Hand and Stone

My massage therapist, Tina, is precise and astute, she knows where I need the most work and where she can apply pressure and not. I do NOT like your website appointment page, very difficult to navigate and is useless, since they still call and make the appointment. I cannot access Tina, only 3 therapist populate. Need to work on this issue for user friendliness.

I have been in the beauty industry for most of my life. I was very impressed with the efficiency cleanliness and thoroughness of every aspect of this Salon. I was surprised because it is a chain. I wasn’t expecting such high-quality both in the massage itself and the customer service. Felt like a Queen!

The lady therapist pointed out what the reason for my pains very likely could be: namely a pinched nerve! I had never thought of it but the way she described the current pain it seemed extremely logical. So I went home quite relaxed and keep treating the lesser pain now with that in mind and a new massage is on the way in the near future. I was very pleased with the entire process, ambience and service. My daughter scheduled the appointment. I am visiting her at the moment.

My massage was very relaxing. I found the facial a bit different, but I am not used to facials.

The staff and manager Melissa are excellent. Very accommodating and friendly and knowledgeable. Clean spa, I feel great everytime I visit!

My experiences at Hand and Stone have always been excellent. The staff is wonderful, the atmosphere is lovely and I thoroughly enjoy the massage every time.

First time with this masseuse and he was great!! Mila never fails. I asked for her since this was my third or fourth visit with her. Looking forward to returning in two weeks. Melissa knew what I needed and made it happen! THANK YOU!!

Steven took the time to find out more about what may or may not be causing tension/tightness, addressing those areas during the massage and afterwards by suggesting stretches.

The massage therapist is knowledgeable, has tremdenous skills and is a good listener.
