The monthly price seems to go up often. Could include an aroma with the massage (I think it used to be included a while back).

Services were great. its just very hard to make appointments on my schedule. Have to plan over a month in advance

Everything was great

There was no locker for belongings and had to pack up after session. Also got two new people on the job. Wished had more experience worker i got.

The district manager was not very kind. She said, my problem. I thought my account was cancelled. It wasn't and said it was my problem. There was nothing she would do. So I either had to make appointments or loss my money. She said, do what I want. No possible way to get my money refunded.

Massages are advertised as hour massages but in fact depending on the therapist they can be 40 to 50 minutes in length. For the prices charged the massage should be for 1 hour as advertised. Also if i'm coming every month why do i have to keep signing the same form over and over.

Need to be able to book with the same person every time can only get who’s available the staff keeps changing

I enjoyed my experiment with my appointment! My therapist was super nice & helpful! I can’t wait until my next session.

when paying for my service I was told about the membership club. I told the receptionist I was not interested and she asked me why. I felt I didn't have to explain but did anyway. She didnt seem to want to take that for an answer

Took a few phone calls to book the appointment.
