The esthetician was very good at her job but not very friendly. The receptionist was pushy and just tried to get me to sign forms without reading them which is unethical. Then, after I read them I had to wait while she answered the phone and waited on another customer who came in so my appointment did not start on time.

I originally made an appt online to be on a waitlist. they called me that an appt was available so I took it. When I got there, they had no record of my appt. I had to schedule another appt for 2 weeks from that day. Actual massage was good, however she did not address my sciatic pain like I stated. Also, the therapist made too much conversation during the massage.

The cost is getting more expensive. I also noticed that there are only a few good therapist (the therapist on this appointment included) and then they most often leave.

See my prior comments about being unable to schedule services and keep the appointments I had scheduled. The level of responsiveness from higher management above the store manager has been abysmal, and as a long time member I am extremely disappointed.

I booked an hour massage but only received a 40 minute massage. Supposedly the undressing and dressing eats into the massage time but I only take max 5 min for each and that time should be outside the 1 hour massage.

Was 1st time with therapist and we haven’t gotten to know each other yet she was very good

I am highly likely with my hand and stone experience. I have no other issues at this time.

The massage was good although it's been YEARS since I had one and for some reason..I didn't leave out as relaxed as I thought I would. ..Partly is because I felt rushed at the end and a little jipped on time..and the other reason was it bothered me being "shushed" right at the beginning of my session.

Paying for a full service that I don’t receive. Paying for an appointment time that doesn’t follow through with the time I’m scheduling

the massages are not consistent; everyone does it different. the last masseuse asked if i wanted my feet massaged, i said yes but she didn't do it. overall it was a good massage so i rebooked her but i will tell her to include the feet next time. i think there should be consistency on the method of the massage.
